Shaheer Sherif Youssef or SHA is a Mystic, Spiritual Drummer, Professional Musician, Music Production Instructor, Ecstatic Dance DJ / Trainer & Live Sound Engineer.

His passion is assisting others in their journey of Self remembrance and finding inner peace through music & spiritual knowledge . SHA uses a variety of healing techniques, such as music, spiritual drumming, conscious awareness, sound and energy healing, to assist others overcome spiritual, mental, emotional & physical challenges. 

Born in Heliopolis, Cairo he acquired profound & unique knowledge to the divine working dynamics of Sound, Nature, Energy & Consciousness  as a holistic system studying both the physical & spiritual worlds through the Egyptian mystery schools & engineering university education.

His mission is to inspire & guide people in learning about their True Self through Live music performances, Conscious Music production courses & Ecstatic dance DJ trainings. He is co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Egypt & Ecstatic Dance Dahab community where he used to live in Egypt.

SHA, a Mystic: From Egypt, the land of Alchemy (transformation). He always had an inner passion towards knowing his Real Self, understand life from a deeper perspective, exploring different points of views which ultimately led him to self realisation. Growing up he was always asking bigger questions than most people have answers to, such as "What is the meaning of Life ?", "Why is there suffering ?", "Why some people are rich and some are poor ?", "Why people don't just Love each other and live in harmony together ?" ... and slowly but surly he started receiving answers to his questions which led him to seeing a bigger and profound view of the state of existence on planet Earth.

SHA studies - besides Sound, Waves & Vibrations - include Egyptian modern energy science "BioGeometry", Numerology, Sacred Geometry, Pranic Healing, Ancient Symbolism, Hermetic & Esoteric teachings, plant medicine, light & color therapy, production technology, design & material science among others.

Combining all this knowledge he started exploring his unique relation to creation through sound & music, alchemy and divine sacred knowledge utilising music as a tool for awakening, divine union & ultimately ascension.

Now SHA shares his knowledge of awakening & enlightenment with seekers of truth and practical solutions in the through workshops, sessions, talks & courses helping others on their path of awakening and revealing many of the answers & secrets to many challenges most people have in their lives today.

SHA, as a Spiritual Musician, SHA is a self taught music artist. He started playing music since the age of 8 years old. At the age of 14 playing he started playing Bass Guitar professionally and later learned drums, keyboard, & acoustic guitar, electronic instruments as well as mastering the Daraboka  (The traditional Egyptian drum) & percussions instruments. SHA channels his passion for music by allowing his spirit to play through him & take the audience into journeys  of adventure, mystery, bliss & excitement. A trance state which transcends time & space and allows the listeners to dream, let go & transform & enjoy the experience. A truly remarkable experience to be witnessed.

SHA has performed in a number of prestigious venues in Egypt including Cairo Opera House, Alexandria Opera Houses, Alexandria Bibliotheca, Cairo Jazz Club, Al Gomhorya Theater, Al Sawy Culture Wheel, various embassies, as well as international festivals such as D-Caf festival 2015 with “Looperia Project” on Bass and Electronic Music. This was along side attending several workshops by iconic artists like Fathy Salama, The Smithsonian Masterworks Jazz Orchestra, Mokhtar Samba, shared the same stage with Platinum award Producer “Junis Bervin” also shared the stage with Egyptian Jazz legend Mr. Rashad Fahim & Grammy Award producer Fathi Salama among others.

Since early age he has been working as a professional Bass player and later performing Live Electronic Music. Currently SHA is a Holistic / Spiritual Musician & Conscious Music DJ.

SHA, as Conscious Music Educator, SHA offers a unique approach to music education from a Holistic point of view based on The Laws of Natural & the design of the system of the Human Being. When these principles of Nature are realised it opens doors to being & practicing conscious creation through understanding & practicing mindful Music. This approach brings deeper understanding of creation, life & energy from a holistic point of view & expands the individual Awareness / Consciousness to realising more of the their true Nature as aspects of the one Creator.

His teaching style is described to be open, flowing, simple, rational and comprehensive. SHA, a Live Sound Engineer, SHA is also a world class professional Live Sound Engineer & Audio Systems Engineer. His work range form small scale concerts to multi-million dollar arena scale events, he worked with the leading sound reinforcement companies in Egypt & Malaysia "T.H.E - Technology" & "Sound Innovations". SHA holds a diploma in "Audio Systems Engineering" and various other certificates in the field of sound reinforcement & live sound such as Acoustics & Isolation, Live Sound Reinforcement, Audio Recording, Live & Studio Mixing, Music & Audio Production & Mastering.  He has knowledge of a variety of music software & tools such as ProTools, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Waves, as well as working in the field of pro audio with equipment such as Digico, L' acoustics, Yamaha, Shure, Bose Professional, Adamson, Dante & Smaart.
